On-site TPS Dojo Training: Yamakita Seisakusho
In March 2026, we conducted an on-site TPS Jissen Dojo training session.
Participants learned practical methods for how workers and supervisors can address and improve issues when facing problems on the manufacturing floor.
Date and Time: Saturday, March 28, 2026, 8:30–16:30
Objectives: Lecture on TPS overview and hands-on practice for productivity improvement using a simulated assembly line.

The session ran smoothly thanks to meticulous planning, securing a training space of over 100 m² (a minimum of 70 m² is required), and the excellent understanding and cooperation of the host company. By experiencing the company’s culture firsthand while recreating the TPS Dojo environment, we were able to convey Kaizen methodologies with greater precision.
By transporting our equipment to your specified location, we can hold the TPS Jissen Dojo anywhere.
