Introduction of the New Training Equipment at the TPS Dojo
At the TPS Dojo, we have introduced a new mobile training apparatus made of lightweight SUS material as training equipment for the first time in approximately 20 years. This allows us to conduct on-site training sessions.
With the new training apparatus, we can transport the equipment to your specified location, making it possible to hold TPS Dojo sessions anywhere.

We provide practical training using a SUS model line to teach operators and supervisors how to implement improvements when they encounter problems in the manufacturing site.
