TPS Practical Training Dojo Marks Its 17th Year

In 2024, the TPS Practical Training Dojo welcomed new trainers and achieved a record-breaking 1,358 participants. This milestone brings the total number of participants to 11,631 since its inception.

Furthermore, for the first time in nearly 20 years, we have introduced new lightweight, SUS-manufactured portable training equipment. With this new equipment, we can now deliver TPS Practical Training Dojo sessions at any location of your choice, ensuring flexibility and convenience for all participants.

The instructor for the program is a TPS-certified trainer who has supported Toyota Motor Corporation’s production sites for over 40 years.

The dojo welcomes a wide range of participants, from new employees to executives, both domestically and internationally, all seeking to master improvement techniques. Some participants return two or three times to deepen their understanding.

To truly excel in improvement, it is essential to repeatedly reflect on the same principles and practice them rigorously.

Why not take this opportunity to experience authentic TPS through hands-on learning?
