Since its establishment in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, in 2007, the TPS Dojo is now in its 16th year.

On November 28, 2023, we held our 570th TPS Dojo session, and the total number of participants has surpassed 10,000.



During 2020 and 2021, the COVID-19 pandemic led to the TPS Dojo being held online among other new initiatives. However, we are truly delighted to be able to meet everyone in person at the dojo once again.

In 2023, we welcomed an impressive 860 participants from various countries including Japan, the United States, the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, China, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Pakistan, to attend the TPS Dojo.



People from all walks of life, from new employees to executives, domestically and internationally, visit the dojo to learn “improvement techniques.” Some participants attend two, three, or more times. This is because mastering improvement requires repeated reflection and rigorous practice.
