Toyota way – how to teach the work
No matter how well the manager / supervisor is familiar with the TPS philosophy and knowledge, TPS cannot be realized without the skill “JI” to execute it.

In this seminar, we will teach about the various job roles forms and learn techniques for performing actual work efficiently and smoothly in a short period of time .

It is a natural result that if the “teaching method of work” is bad, the workers do not follow certain procedures and the quality varies.

This training is aimed at instructors and candidates for instructors in the manufacturing department, and aims to raise the level of production sites.

It is no exaggeration to say that a manufacturing site would not be possible without part-time workers, dispatched laborers, and contractor workers.
The key is how to educate them in a short period of time so that they can perform actual work efficiently and smoothly.

  ”That worker is still a newcomer, so the work is slow.”
  ”That worker can’t help being slow because his hands are clumsy.”
  ”Today, veteran workers are absent, so the process is slow.”
  ”I always say to the workers with a sour mouth, but they don’t understand it easily.” Etc..

  Isn’t the on-site managers and supervisors doing everything with just these words?
 If the “teaching method of work” is bad, the worker will not follow certain procedures.
It’s no wonder that quality varies.
In other words, the important thing is to teach the worker a certain procedure, make it follow, and create a mechanism that can not be restored.

Remittance fee for a payment shall be borne by you.

Cancellation Policy

As for cancellation or reduction of the number of participants, cancellation fee shall be charged
We do not accept cancellations on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays or after 5 PM.We it will be handled at the next business day.
Unless the event is canceled due to our own circumstances, the remittance fee for the refund shall be at your own expense.
– No attendance without notices in advance: 100% of the fee
– Cancellation on the day of the event: 100% of the fee
– Cancellation one to six days before the event: 10% of the fee
– Cancellation before 7 days or more: Free of charge


Discontinuation or Date Transfer, etc.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters and sudden illness of lecturers, the event may be canceled on the day.
In this case, we will send you an alternative schedule and ask your desire to participate or not.
If you do not wish to participate on the alternative date, you will receive a full refund of the fee.


Minimum number of participants to hold the event

Not meeting the minimum number of participants may result in a cancellation.In case of cancellation, we will contact you one week prior to the date of the event.If you have already paid for the event, you will receive a full refund.
