This 5S training is a seminar for learning “genuine 5S” that is directly linked to improvement activities.

5S is not just to beatify your workshop. It is the starting point to production efficiency (safety, quality, delivery date, cost, productivity, maintenance).

Since 5S is basic, it is a theme that everyone is familiar with, and although anyone can participate on it, 5S is very difficult to be achieved.

5S has been established at sites with high production efficiency and continuous improvement systems, but in the other hand, the most majority of workplaces have problems and just a few can said to have it.
