We do not accept cancellations on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays or after 5 PM. We it will be handled at the next business day.
Unless the event is canceled due to our own circumstances, the remittance fee for the refund shall be at your own expense.
– No attendance without notices in advance: 100% of the fee
– Cancellation on the day of the event: 100% of the fee
– Cancellation one to six days before the event: 10% of the fee
– Cancellation before 7 days or more: Free of charge


Discontinuation or Date Transfer, etc.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters and sudden illness of lecturers, the event may be canceled on the day.
In this case, we will send you an alternative schedule and ask your desire to participate or not.
If you do not wish to participate on the alternative date, you will receive a full refund of the fee.
