At the ‘TPS Practical Training Dojo’, participants will concretely learn the perspectives and methodologies of TPS through lectures and practical exercises conducted by a TPS officially certified trainer who has supported Toyota’s production sites for over 40 years.

- I would like to keep in mind that ‘building quality into the process’ means that the subsequent processes will run smoothly. The standard work combination sheets and other tools were taught from the basics, allowing me to revisit and understand areas I had not fully grasped before.
- I used to think that batch production was efficient, so it was eye-opening to learn that leveling the types and quantities can be more efficient.
- I felt limited in my understanding of TPS through internal lectures and reading books on my own. This time, by experiencing TPS in a practical way, I was able to exceed the level of TPS mastery I aimed for. Additionally, I discovered weaknesses in the improvements I was planning to implement. I am really glad I participated. Thank you very much.
- Even though I have never worked in a factory, it was a very meaningful time that allowed me to understand the essence of TPS. I believe it will be very useful in my future life.
